We guarantee that all of our plants leave in great condition. We do recommend that you provide funds for insurance of your package, should it be shipped. We CAN'T be responsible for the plants during shipment. I have seen some strange things happen to them....I often buy plants for my own collections online and have had boxes arrive looking like someone played soccer with them... PLEASE INSURE YOUR PACKAGE, THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ASK FOR AND PROVIDE FUNDS FOR!!!!

If you want the item replaced, we ask that you give proof of damage, or dissatisfaction, this can be done via picture, or returning the plant asap priority mail, if the problem was our fault we will gladly replace the plant or refund, whichever is agreed upon by both parties to be the best for all.
